Ever wonder how musicians work together without a conductor? Cincinnati String Project will perform some short pieces for string quartet and then rehearse one—with your involvement! Musicians’ work involves lots of questioning and discussion, and you will be part of both! As they rehearse, they'll share their different viewpoints about the piece and what the composer is trying to tell us. They'll share insights about how they work together and why the democracy of a chamber music group is the perfect way to teach their students collaborative skills.
